Caleb brings enthusiasm, a thirst for knowledge, and a passion for real estate transactions, litigation, and small business law to the team at Heine Goodale Law. Originally from Texas, he now calls Boston home after settling down with his husband, their golden retriever, and two cats. Caleb brings a unique blend of Southern hospitality and New England resilience to his practice.
Caleb graduated Cum Laude from New England Law | Boston, where he also earned a Tax Law Certificate, showcasing his strong foundation in complex legal matters. He holds a B.S. in Political Science, with minors in Business Administration and Communication, from Texas A&M University. During law school, he gained valuable experience in real estate law and conveyancing through an internship with Attorney Karla Goodale. Post-graduation, Caleb honed his skills in tax and business law at KPMG.
Now rejoining Attorney Goodale as a full-time attorney, Caleb employs his knowledge and passion to handle real estate litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions and leasing, and small business law. Caleb is dedicated to supporting a wide array of clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers and real estate investors to commercial entities, small businesses, brokers, and agents. He also shares his tax law expertise as an adjunct tax law professor at his alma mater.
Known for his dedication and willingness to take on challenges, Caleb is committed to ensuring his clients feel supported and confident. He strives to provide concierge-level service, helping his clients efficiently navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and legal disputes.
Fun Fact: Embracing their new home, Caleb and his husband discovered a love for the great outdoors during the COVID-19 pandemic, hiking over 250 miles all over New England with their golden retriever since the start of the lockdown.
